From the look of progress some people have made, It seems this might end up as a viable option for Forza 5 owners seeking a quality wheel setup.

No need to be so pessimistic. I said “might end up a viable option”. And for those that spent alot of money on 360 wheels and would rather not part with them, this may be an alternative to the gamepad, atleast.
