Is anyone else having trouble getting this pack, it came free with my forza 6 version, but I can’t download it, the message I get

please help, I don’t know if I have to put in a code or what
Don’t bother with the Marketplace, just try collecting the cars from the Find a Car (Buy Cars) menu.
A code should have been provided on a card in the case or by email/receipt. Enter the code via the dashboard or Xbox.com
