Just so I’m not missing anything, we are supposed to receive them in the message center under gifts, right?
So earlier I redeemed some rewards for forza horizon 2 (xbox one), tier 3 rewards ranks. Said it could take up to 4 hours to receive them, but it’s pushing almost 1 day later and still nada. Should of gotten 300 000 credits for forza 5, and ,300 000 for forza horizon 2. I’ve logged into each game, and nothing. Website says they’ve been redeemed though. For forza 5 i have had the same problem for receive my rewards.
Is it normal for rewards to take this long to show up? How long should I wait before I start trying to contact someone?
Any information, tips or help is appreciated. I know there’s bigger issues at hand, just curious if anyone has any information or has experienced this.
Yeah, I’m just wondering why I haven’t received my 5 free cars for being in Tier 6 and my redeemed rewards not showing up in my inbox? Please T10/PG fix the problem, I don’t want to buy 5 cars that I know I was suppose to receive Tuesday when u first logged in the game.

Yesterday, I chose to redeem my credits for reaching tier 3 via the Forza Hub online but havent received any. Today, I go some daily creidts but none of the tier credits I was owed.
Thanks Hieronymus! It’s not working for me at all, I’ll try restart the game and see if that has any effect.
I redeemed 2.5M credits specifically for Forza Horizon 2 the other night… did not receive them in game, checked my messages, and everything. Anyone trying to do the same?

I redeemed my rewards for fh2 and f5 i think yesterday or the day before and i didnt recieve the money yet im pi??ed f5 was 5.9 mil fh2 was 1.5 mil if anybody knows how to fix let me know ASAP thx
I’m quite furious. I’ve been trying to contact customer support for 2 days now over my Forza Horizon Rewards. When I go through the FAQ we’re told to use the forums (pathetic). I still have not received my 1,000,000 credits for my Forza Horzon Reward turn in. As a Forza member since 2008 this is ridiculous. Been VIP in Forza for many years in different games. It appears you do not value my money or respect my existence. I demand customer support for my issue.
I redeemed my monthly reward for tier level and it says redeemed but when I go to look the 1,500,000 is not in the game what gives? forza horizon 2

if you have the xbox 360 version, do you still get the rewards, because I should be getting alot

So unlike allot of people i actually received the money rewards almost immediately yesterday afternoon after going on the hub and clicking redeem, after a day of horrible issues with my ultimate edition of forza, with none of the car packs or vip working i was very exited because out of all my friends i was the only-one to receive the money. Now today, the same case happened with the gifted cars but what I read before I purchased the game is that tier 6 players get a Mclaren P1 and I didn’t, so either they changed that or its a glitch. I was just asking on here to see if they changed the redeem cars or its just another one of the numerous issues. Thanks
