Forza Horizon Feature Temporarily Disabled

Hi My gamertag is zGodleh and on forza horizon I get the error This feature has been temporarily disabled. Please see Forzamotorsport.net for more info.

I have no idea why I do not have access to anything except online and was wondering if you could restore it. The accounts I have on my console are JMORRILE and Zgodleh. I bought this console off craigslist and it already had another acccount on it that was completed on forza horizon. The Gamertag was Amazing Drifter I think and I gave it to my friend. Can you possibly remove the thing that is limiting me from accessing the storefront and car clubs. Thanks ahead of time,

Contact Xbox LIVE Support. You may have bought an Xbox 360 which has been banned. You cannot purchase gamertags or give them away.
