I found this apparent bug in the editor which flips layers vertically, but only once - you can’t do it back again. Has anyone else come across this and is there a fix for it?
Size controls. Let me provide an example since I face this, and many other problems, myself.
Let’s say your size is 1.5W x 1.5H.
Depending on which way you want to reverse the shape, make the corresponding number a negative.
-1.5W x 1.5H will make a reverse of the original shape in the width of it. This works both ways, width and height.
Hope this helps, ithas worked for me, tooka long time to figure it out, eventhough ot seems so simple after you do lol.
That doesn’t seem to be an option for layer groups rather than individual shapes. With layer groups you can’t change the width and height, as you know; you can only adjust them together. I’m finding that with some groups I imported from FM7, when I unlock them to make changes, Forza is flipping them not just vertically but horizontally too. I can only assume this is a bug.
I used FM7 livery editor first and am baffled by the missing basic functions in the Horizon version. Even where there are workarounds, what used to take seconds now takes many minutes of laborious work.
Their motto is and has always been if there’s a workaround they don’t have to go back and do it right.
