This thread will close on the morning of October 10th, 2018 and judging will begin. No other entries will be taken after judging begins. If you do not put the proper description in game when you upload your photos, your photo will not be seen and therefore not be entered into the contest.
All submissions will be judged by members of Turn 10 Studios. Photos will be judged anonymously so that Turn 10 members do not know which photos belong to which players, making the judging as fair as possible. The top 10 photos are chosen as winners.
Rules of the Contest
• All submissions must adhere to the Xbox Live Code of Conduct - https://www.xbox.com/en-US/legal/codeofconduct
• All photos must be taken by you and be new photos. Posting someone else’s work or reentering old photos is not allowed and will result in removal from the contest as well as potential
enforcement action against your account
• All photos must be shared in Forza Horizon 4 and have the proper description of “photocomp1”
• Every photo that is selected to be featured is considered a winner and will win the weekly prize
• Winners will be a Turn 10 Pick until the winners of the following contest are posted
• You may enter each week, even if you won the previous week
Submission Instructions
• While in photo mode (press up on the D pad) press A to take photo
• On capture screen use RB to move watermark and press A to save photo
• Select open slot (or overwrite existing photo file), create file name and save photo
• Once the photo is saved the share menu will pop up automatically
• Set make, model, and keywords to your liking but be sure to set the photo’s description to the proper description for the current week’s contest. ex: “photocomp00” (make sure it is all one word)
• Hit “Share” and you’re all set
• If you wish to use an existing saved photo you will need to unshare and then reshare it with the proper description for your photo to be eligible for the photocomp
• You may post your photos in this thread if you would like to show them off on the forums, however it is not a requirement for entering the contest

What’s the maximum number of photos that can be entered each week?
It was in previous photocomps set to 3, but I’m not seeing the limit here and am wondering if it’s changed for fh4.
At the moment you can only save between 29-32 photos so no one can enter 100 photos right now. But please you should set a limit like 3,4 or even 5 but no limit… some people will abuse that and then you will end up going through 2 million photos in a few days.
It’s a shame the height of the camera is only around 6 ft and not higher, can’t get those awesome overhead shots. Should use the drone type view for photo mode.
2018 is a big one for hill-climbs. The Goodwood Festival of Speed featured some highly advanced technology. This year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed was the first time ever that autonomous vehicles were allowed to make the famous hill-climb. Between automotive supplier Siemens and Cranfield University, a 1965 Ford Mustang outfitted with autonomous programming and equipment completed the climb at Goodwood without any human driver’s hands on the wheel.
Hooray, a brand new Photo Contest for a brand new game! I can smell that “new car (photo)” smell from all the way over here.
Haven’t taken many photos yet, because as soon as I hit 25 pics, I had to start deleting some to make room for more. To be honest, this is pretty frustrating, so I hope this isn’t a permanent limit.
