Forza horizon 4 don`t see my usb 3.0 disc

Hi

I have a problem because when i trying to lanuch fh4 i get this error: “The Forza Horizon 4 element can not be opened because it is offline. The storage device may be missing or may be disconnected.”
Before this error i unplugged and plugged again my usb 3.0 disc so thats might be a reason but now i dont know how i can fix it.

PC or Xbox?

If Xbox, try reinstalling or transferring game data to the console and then back to the external drive.
