Forza Horizon 4 crashing through speed/drift zones (PC)

Under the Windows 10 tab, it says * Crashing when hitting a speed zone. Please roll back to Windows version 1809.

Does this mean this problem is only on Windows 10? Has anyone upgraded to Windows 11 and still has this problem?
