Nobody did. If they mention tool outage, it might be they didn’t get to fix it on time. Don’t worry though, this happened before, rewards will come to everyone. Just hang tight till CoPilot gets back online (I guess he’s on US side so it’ll prolly be late afternoon EU time).
I dont know who judging bit my cars have been amazing and you give these cbeap ass cars props. I dont get it. The last car i posred to the contest had 579 downloads overnight soq i dont understand your perspective but damn the last one i seen was trasb!!!

Routecomp is a custom route competition, less frequent than the livery and photocomps. We have had two routecomps so far.
