Forza Horizon 4 Car List

Notes about the car list

FAQ: I saw a car [in game / in the list] but I don’t know how to get it.
Some base cars are Exclusive and only available from Barn Finds, Forzathon Shop, Wheelspins or other rewards; see post #3. Each monthly content update also adds game information for cars that will be released in the coming weeks; look at the Autoshow / Car Pass menu for the DLC calendar and watch for monthly announcements in this thread about free cars offered via seasonal Forzathon Shop or event rewards. You can see the full list of game cars by selecting Setup at an event location, select Blueprint, and select Custom to see the cars list.

FAQ: Can we drive the motorcycles seen in gameplay? (and other non-car types)
“No, you can’t drive motorcycles,” per Jon Knoles.^ These vehicles are only driven by the game opponents in Showcase events. Players also can’t drive the hovercraft, tractor, snow plows, or any of the flying vehicles.

FAQ: Do disc owners need to go online to have access to all cars?

FAQ: Are there any microtransactions involved in collecting cars?
No, Alan Hartman announced before launch that “paid tokens – which were a part of previous Forza games – will not be coming to Forza Motorsport 7 or Forza Horizon 4.”^

FAQ: Why aren’t all the cars from previous Forza games in FH4?
See this FAQ thread on how cars are chosen or left out of Forza games, from statements made by the developers. Please put car requests in the FH4 Car Wish Lists thread. You can see the top requested cars in this data thread.

FAQ: Where are the Mitsubishi cars?
Initially the Sep. 7, 2018 Week in Review announced that Mitsubishi would not be in the game “at this time.” The Series 5 update added 7 Mitsubishi models available to everyone for free (download from the Marketplace).

FAQ: Is Toyota in FH4?

  • At launch, FH4’s position was the same since FM7: “Unfortunately it isn’t always possible to align the interests of fans and the interests of our manufacturing partners. As a result, production Toyota vehicles are not represented in Forza 7. We’re as disappointed as you are about this news and, while we hope to bring Toyota production vehicles back to Forza games in the future, it is worth noting that a small number of Toyota race cars will be included in the game.” - Aug. 4, 2017 WIR
  • The November 2019 edition of Forza Monthly announced that Toyota will return to Forza on December 12th, and that players can expect to see Toyota, Lexus (and maybe Scion) a part of Forza “for years to come.”^
FAQ: Where is the Ford Ranger Raptor?
The Ranger Raptor was announced at gamescom and later added to the game in July 2019 with the Series 11 Update. Unlike other models this is not an Exclusive; all players can obtain the car from the Autoshow.

FAQ: Which cars are coming to the game as DLC?
DLC cars at launch include Preorder bonus cars from retailers, three Forza Edition cars exclusive to VIP DLC owners, the Best of Bond (Day One) car pack, and the Formula Drift Car Pack. The Car Pass added two specific cars each week from launch for 21 weeks. Expansion DLC #1 and #2 also add DLC cars. In addition, each update typically adds cars available to everyone for free through weekly seasonal events or the Forzathon Shop. There may be additional DLC either in the form of single codes from promotions to car packs not included in the Car Pass. Forza DLC cars are typically not announced until shortly before the DLC is available. That means that nobody knows the answer to “Will xxxx car be added to the game later?” without an official announcement. A statement such as “I heard xxxx car was scanned,” even if true, is an unreliable predictor of whether the car will come to the game at all due to the development and licensing process. Announced DLC cars are listed in post #3.

FAQ: What are Forza Edition cars?
Forza Edition cars are duplicates of models available for everyone, but come with upgrades installed and a special Boost factor to increase your Credits, Influence, etc from using that car. See more on FE cars in post #3.

FAQ: Which cars come with…
Police lights or Safety lights
Engine swaps
Track width options (wheel spacers)
