How do I access cool paint jobs from the local area? I have tried just using the paint jobs that come with the car but they aren’t cool. Can someone tell me how to access the awesome paint jobs so I can put them on my cars? Also whenever I click the button that says local vinyl it states that I do not have permission to access it because of my Xbox 1 parental settings. How do I get rid of that.
