Forza horizon 2 freezes when loading

Can anyone help with this as I fear my game save is corrupt. My game will not go past the title screen, the loading icon stops rotating and the pictures of cars freezes. I have deleted my game save and started a new game and works fine. I have then synced with the cloud and the same thing happens. I hope there is a way to fix this, have put way to many hours into this awesome game.

This is happening for me too. After I push A, 5 seconds and then it freezes. The loading icon stops rotating and it just freezes. It happens only when i sync the save from the cloud. When I remove my local save, and play without it, the game works fine, it doesnt freeze. But when i sync, it starts happening again. I thought i was the only one that is happening to, but probably not.

This exact thing has been happening to me since the beginning of November. It’s also happening since the same time for a fellow crew member. Happened directly when the update happened that month. “Forza Horizon 2 needs an update” was the last thing that happened to me in game. Forced me out and now we all have the same issue. I’ve tried to contact Forza support many many many times. No reply.

Xbox Support seems to think its also not on xbox’s end, from my chat sessions regarding this matter with them.

I recently bought forza horizon 2 off the xbox marketplace but when it downloaded the game crashed whilst it was loading and sent me back to the dashboard, i contacted xbox and they tried troubleshooting it with me but nothing fixed the games crash. I have been given a verification code by xbox to show that i have contacted them and they suggested that i should contact the developers themselves about my refund

I have also been having this problem, i digitally downloaded it off the marketplace and haven’t even been able to play it as it crashes. Spoke to xbox and they say its not on their end

Will we get even an answer? I want to get my save fixed.
