Forza 6 savegame messed up

Hello I have big problem.
Last time I started Forza 6 it wanted to synchronize the save game.
It failed and offered me 2 optiones:
1: local savegame from 26.10.2015
2: cloud savegame from 24.10.2015
(Yeah I know long time since the last session…)
I took the local savegame and it tried again to synchronize…failed at 99%
Again 2 options:
1: play offline
2: try again
I took play offline and thougt it would load the savegame that is saved local on my xbox…NADA!!!

My career got resettet or something.
I am level1 and need to race the tutorial leagues =(
So I closed the game and deleted the local savegames.
Started forza 6 again → savegame synchronize → still Level 1.
Deleted the savegames again → unplugged the xbox → start the game → still level 1
Deleted my profile + savegame again → still level 1.

My savegame is now totally messed up.
I am level 1 and have 1 million credits.
The onyl cars are the Day one cars? (nissan gtr black edition, aston martin vantage s,…) My bought cars are not there anymore =(((
But my designs, photos, liverys and even the messages are still there.
This is so strange.

I already contacted the xbox support, but they couldnt help me.
I asked if they can reatore my old cloud savegame from 24.10.2015, but they cant.

Maybe you guys have some idea what i can do now.

The recommendation in these save conflicts seems to be delete the local save and then try to sync.

For assistance with your lost progress, send a private message to HeliosT10 with your gamertag, game title and platform, and total amount of credits lost.

Thanks for the fast reply.
I´ll try to send Helios a message .

Unfortunately the local savegame deletion didn´t work.
Too bad that there are now backups of the savegames.
