I’m dutch too, but i have the X1 and game,. Just go to Amazon.de and order it there. You just have to set the console to UK (for language) or Ireland, if youre keen on downloading DLC right away.
(ive set mine to UK, and ill wait till Xbox live is launched in NL to download DLC, as i’m not 100% sure the DLC will function when i change my locale). (add me if you wanne race sometimes)

DLC is tied to your gamertag, not your local, so it will not be a problem after you switched back to your home country.
I also imported an X1 and FM5 from the UK. Downside is us Dutch can’t buy any DLC yet as I don’t have a UK credit card.
You can buy MS Giftcards in £ from a UK online shop and use them for payment.
Yeah giftcards are another possible method, although with giftcards you need to buy new ones every now and then, with paypal its much easier and faster
But if someone prefers to use giftcards he or she can change his or her locale in the setting menu. You can do this as many times as you want
Either to a euro country or the US its much cheaper that way
Same situation, I bought my xbox one from amazon.de as well, I have set my locale to US though, much cheaper DLC
