Forza 5 Help Menu Problem

Okay I admit that I’m new to gaming and Forza 5 on the Xbox One. So I want to read the game help to learn as much as possible. So, I say Xbox help. The help window opens, however I’m unable to select, scroll, or view any of the topic.

Anybody experience this issue and know how to resolve it.

Yea it has been like this for about 2 -3 weeks not sure what happened. It did work when I first started playing Forza. I would search the internet and forums for help until T10 can fix this.
