Got a bit of a mishap today
Switched my xbox one on loaded up forza 5 and my career has completely reset I’ve been on forza all weekend tho my career was only level 48 I did have a lot of cars, tune setup and about 300,000
I just don’t know what’s happened.

My profile is only signed in on this Xbox
My xbox hasn’t been restored
My forza account hasn’t been reset (manually)
are you sure you were signed in on the right gametag? if someone else walks in the room and kinnect recognises them sometimes will will switch to their account.
if it was thee right account see if a hard reset (holding down the consoles power button till it shuts off" to clear the cache and see if it syncs with the cloud save.
I also have this problem. I was Driver Level somewhere around 90, and had at least 10 million dollars worth of cars. All of my money has been erased, all of my cars too. But not on the Forza Site. It still says I have claimed 900,000 in gift money and still shows the fact that I have around 900 points to go in order to receive the next gift. Xbox customer support will not help you with this problem, neither will resetting your Forza account. I had just bought a 1965 Mustang as well If anybody could find a fix to this, I would very much appreciate it.
