The game works fine, but when I drove to the Fortune Island icon and tried to travel to it, i just got an endless black loading screen. It’s still like this as I’m typing.

Same here I am now going on 45 min of watching it load and load a d load after even reinstalling and restarting the console it worked fine until the stupid update came
Are you still having this issue or are you now able to travel over to Fortune Island?
