While the '93 Cobra & SVO are in, there’s still an entire era of Foxbody missing. The original four-eyed Foxes from '79-83! Given there’s also a showcase tournament in the career mode for Foxbodies, it would be nice to see more!

The fan favorite beautiful 1979 Indy Pace Car
But if licensing doesn’t work for that, I’d still love to see the awesome ‘80 Cobra
Or lastly the ‘83 302 GT! Which would pair nicely with its ‘69 Boss 302 counterpart.
