I had a go on FRR lobby after the July update. It was awful turned all the way up to 11. I had enough of this utterly depressing experience within two races so out popped the FM7 disc for what could be the last time. In went Assetto Corsa for 6 laps of Spa GT3s. The contrast was stark to say the least! A feeling of negativity was quickly replaced with a genuine feeling of joy! Why should i ever play FM7 again when it can never make me feel as good as what AC can? I mean it was against AI which isnt the best in the sim world but it was a much better experience than racing online in FM7. GT Endurance lobby can occasionally be a good experience but its hit and miss at best. Also the difference in physics between AC and FM7 is huge. AC is absolutely excusite compared to the blob of ice cream handling in Forza.

Very simple solution here:
Don’t play Forza if a “depressing experience”.
You’ve also compared offline GT play to online FRR play. Not exactly a fair comparison lol.

Sorry fanboy Evan if my comparison doesnt stack up to what you feel is fair or not! Actually i am not. I couldnt care less what you think.
you have to understand what each game is, i have both and play both and love both for what they are.
Assetto Corsa is a pure simulator, no frills, no fluff, as real as it gets in terms of physics.
Forza is a more casual sim rather than a hardcore one, with alot of bells and whistles etc…
expecting Forza to be Assetto, is like expecting Need for Speed to be Forza, it just isnt.
