FM7 and FH3 won't start

Hey guys

Since FM7 crashed mid-game 2 days ago I haven’t been able to start the game again.
I talked with the Microsoft Support and they told me that I should look for help here.

Whenever I click on FM7 or FH3 this screen shows up and it literally just freezes, the process doesn’t even start in the Task Manager

What I’ve tried so far without getting the game to work again :

-Reinstall the Game
-Reset Windows Store and Xbox App
-Reset FM7 and FH3 via “Apps&Features”

Please help me get to play FM7 and FH3 again :frowning:

via apps&features uninstall porsche gt2 or any other expansion.
Redownload it from the store, both games should start again.

Atleast that is what i’ve been doing for the past days to be able to play
