Nothing has popped for me either, after my 2nd time doing the event. Epic fail on Forzas part and a huge waste of time.
It is an xbox live issue affecting multiple games. It is not a forza issue.

Lobbies are really jacked up this afternoon. Really frustrating … like in the final 30 second countdown to start the race and a message pops up and tells me the restrictions have changed and I need to select a new car. Then there’s a blank car selection screen that won’t let me select a car.
Enough for now … I’ll check back later.
145 miles and no badge, the event is also bugged, sometimes it changes the available cars just before the start of the race and it asks to vote the track! ?_?
Also the other achievements are affected, with the special event I reached lvl 50 but the achievement popped out only after I did a single player race.
Just did 165 miles. No achievement. My fingers hurt. I had to do it in a Mercedes SL65 and not an Early Grand Touring Car though because it put me in a higher class. That might be the problem.
That is not the problem. This is a multiclass race. In those the server randomly allocates classes when it changes over from the last race to preparing for the next.
The achievement problem is an xbox live server issue. Usually what happens is if you do a full reboot in 24 hours the achievement will be unlocked.

Just did the Prague challenge and it didn’t unlock. What gives?!?! I did the hard reset and nothing. I want my time back
I forgot T10 was giving the game away this weekend. Funny thing is the new folks raced cleaner than the guys with a lot of experience. They didn’t cut corners, also apologized when they hit you. Very surprised.
I witnessed the same thing. They may not be fast, but they are polite.
Add me to the list of no badge/title. Just completed, did 159 Miles was first place and no badge or title. After I completed, also got the message when back in the lobby that the Forza 5 server was not available. Really don’t want to have to do this again… 1hr 45 min, right now seems like a waste 
Is anybody else still having problems finding the tour of Prague event? I still cant find it. I have owned forza 5 for a while, so im not doing the free weekend. Is it only accessible to people doing the free weekend? I also cant find the time hunter rivals event either.
I participated in both of them yesterday and see neither of them now. What a cluster ****. They totally dropped the ball on everything that was done here.
