I have been doing serval online races today and have noticed my achievements are not going up.
These are as follows
Rain Dance
World Traveler
Nightvison
Gaining Experience
Devoted Racer
I have been monitoring them and have regularly been restarting the game to give it a nudge.
Occasionally rain dancer might go up but none of the others
Gaining Experience and Devoted Racer have not move all day!

Have you fully power cycled both your Xbone/pc and modem
Same. Achievements not updating Xbox One.
Have only restarted xbox one, will try a full power cycle later
I have done this now.
I powered off the xbox fully. Disconnected power for. 2 minutes and rebooted.
Went back in to Forza and even do e another couple of. Lobby races.
Still my achievements have not updated. I’ve don’t well over 200 laps. Over the weekend, but still it says I’ve done no more that 66.
All of the above mentioned achievements are stuck
had a buddy and did all the tracks and then tried 50 laps in the rain and neither of us got jack for doing so… come one turn 10 …
Discard Pile achievement also not unlocking on Xbox one. Achievement says 100% complete but doesn’t unlock. Already went through several full power cycles, no luck.
Update:
Achievement just unlocked while trying to replicate the required elements, more than 24 hours later.

I’ve noticed this problem recently with the Nightvision achievement. I never noticed it had not popped even though I’ve raced my first 50 laps at night a long time ago – I did 50 laps of racing with a friend and he got the achievement. I almost thought I got it that day as well however I recently noticed it is stuck at 97%. I’ve since done over half a dozen night time laps and the progress bar simply doesn’t move.
I’ve done all the usual tips and tricks and no change.
Just tested this and not working for me either
I’m also having this issue. Stuck on 94% for devoted racer, and nightvision isn’t updating either.
Did 30+ laps last night and stayed the same.
Done a full power cycle, reset mac address etc with no success.
Same issue XBOX ONE X
Multiplayer Rain Dancer and Devoted Racer are not updating, I should have completed them by now, but they have not moved.
Checked on XBOX app on Windows 10 machine (under achievements, Forza Motorsport 7, Locked) and percentages are stuck, they usually update straight after each race.
Not sure if this affects ‘World Traveller’ achievement as well.

I did the ‘Show Off’ achievement, to test, and that worked fine.

Not working for me either, stuck at 31 percent for gaining experience, have raced 15 or so races for 50 plus laps, have uninstalled and reinstalled, power cycled, you name it
Can we get an update if this being investigated? Would really like to complete my achievements
My world traveler has been inching up, at ~71%> problem is, I didn’t keep track of tracks raced. Why have an untrackable achievement??

was really hoping the update today would fix this issue… but nope, just stupid drifting stuff because thats important i guess since people havent been drifting perfectly fine in forza for years at this point but we finally have achievement issues and nothing 
August update did not fix for me, not that it was supposed to I guess
Getting towards the end of the game now. Just those pesky multiplayer achievements causing concern. ‘Underdog’ is a non-starter, no way I’m asking 23 people if they mind if I win and pure skill won’t cut it. Now I see the number of laps in the rain or at night aren’t adding up either and I see people here having the same problem so there goes that achievement as well. It appears to be broken for now and we can only hope it gets fixed.
+1, multiplayer success are frozen, so sad was farming a little bit the game on holidays, and make a race on the VIR yesterday it’s not very often
