Fix game or let us refund

if you dont plan on fixing the game atleast let us refund the game
game is unplayable
almost 30days since release
we still havent seen any of the issues fixed
also you have given us 0 responses to the people commenting the issues its like you pretend its not there

= Online Ranked
= Rivals
= Streaming capture issues

where are the responses and where are the sticky posts where you have taken notes of the issue and let us know its being worked on

there is 0 communication with the community

i feel like i have a higher chance of getting a response if i post a picture of a cat rather then posting a issue with the game

The game is “unplayable” and yet you have 70% completion and 6 days play time. Interesting.

If you look into this thread, you can find my responses on page 13 & 15 at the moment in relation to the above things that you have mentioned.

We are currently looking into more ways in which we can communicate to the forums so thank you for your feedback regarding sticky posts.

You can only get a refund from where you bought it. Word of advice though, don’t tell them you’ve played it for 145 hours and have 70% completed it.

In addition, none of the “issues” you named are actual issues. It’s how the game was designed. You may not like it, but that’s nothing that justifies a refund (especially not with your play time). And the reason why devs try to stay away from responding directly to criticism is because for every critic there is one person (or more) that thoroughly enjoys the game as it is. It’s not a smart reaction to acknowledge anything aside from actual bugs, because forum responses tend to be more critical (you don’t go online and congratulate in a forum, you mostly do it to file a complaint) than the actual responses are.

Please submit a ticket for any bugs/glitches.

If you wish to pursue a refund, you’ll have to do that through the retailer you purchased from.
