So First things first I would like to point out that am new to the forza community and the the forza games I only own Forza Horizon 4 and right now I feel a bit disappointed for this performance of ban methods
So let me tell you what happen as everyone usually does . I opened the game and I saw that my Design features Auction features and all that weren’t available and I check the messages once i got to free roam and I saw that I was banned until 25/1/2049 . Now before everyone as every community does stars saying " Who ever gets banned gets banned for a good reason" Xbox live or forza didn’t told be the reason I also tried to communicate with them to ask for support and they still not answering.
The only thing was saying on the in-game message was.
“Your gamertag has been banned from this feature. For more information about Xbox Live terms and services agreement. please visit ForzaMotorsports.com”
Now that’s exactly what I did but still no answer to what caused me the ban ? Also the agreement says that first ban is 1 week and the second or the third could be a perma ban. I know and I respect the way that the devs want their games to be played fair but what happens in these situations banning people for 30 not telling them the reason and refuse to answer to their questions ! That’s pretty unfair!
I still don’t know what I could possible do or did that is so bad in the game besides racing drifting tuning etc that got me banned !!
