This is Horizon Japan! From the iconic downtown streets of Tokyo City all the way to the snowy Japanese Alps, Forza Horizon 6 introduces our most dense and vertical map yet.

Here’s a look at our map reveal so you can begin pinpointing the roads that you’re most excited to cruise and drift alongside your friends.

Forza Horizon 6’s Japan includes world-famous routes inspired by the C1 loop and Gingko Avenue, as well as mountain passes, such as Mt. Haruna and Bandai Azuma. We can’t wait for you to drive on them!

In addition, Japan is full of beautiful landscapes and stunning contrasts of rural and urban, modern and traditional, with diverse biomes, seasonality and breathtaking driving experiences.

A new Horizon Festival is kicking off! This celebration of automotive culture and music is known to start with a bang, and this time is no exception. Drive next to a bullet train in a 2024 Nissan GT-R Nismo, take on massive jumps in a 2021 RJ Anderson #37 Polaris RZR Pro 4 Truck fitted for snow, get your first taste of the Touge roads of Japan in a 1995 Porsche 911 GT2 and drive our cover car, the 2025 GR GT Prototype for the very first time. Songs, cars, jumps - Forza Horizon 6’s prologue is the perfect introduction to your experience in Horizon Japan.

“Japan is such an exciting, interesting, intriguing location that many people have wanted from [the Horizon] franchise for a long time, that we’ve wanted to do for a long time,” Design Director Torben Ellert tells us in a new episode of the Official Xbox Podcast. “What would it feel like if the Festival was there? It wouldn’t dominate Japan, it would be part of Japan, and with that we asked: ‘how do we give players permission to just be in Japan?’ Well – tourism.”

FH6 Achievements List

Forza Horizon 6 launches with 57 achievements, worth a total of 1,000 Gamerscore. These achievements are obtainable on the Xbox and Steam versions of the game and encourage you to earn new Wristbands at the Horizon Festival and Stamps for your Collection Journal. You’ll also be rewarded for obtaining cars, completing unique events, and participating in Multiplayer game modes. Here’s the full list:
