There are two 493hp engines that are similar with small differences:
The 2016 engine weighs 55 lbs less than the 2012 and moves the center of mass slightly toward the front.
The 2012 engine has a slightly higher redline than the 2016.
The 2012 engine benchmark gets to 60mph 0.04 seconds faster than the 2016.
Both stock engines have the same top speed (210mph) but the 2012 engine can upgrade to 10% more power than the 2016.
