Drive up to it, it’s not on the map but is there.

In the Festival Playlist on the menu, go to the Power Struggle tile and enter on it.
It will mark a location on the map, set it as your destination.

Once there you will encounter a Power Struggle Race event.
Once you start it, the other locations will pop.

Well thanks for posting because I was using the tile to mark the spot, but when I saw NO race at the location at all I just figured there wasn’t one.

I am newer to the game so don’t know the map & races well enough to know one should be there.

I came to post about the issue, and saw this topic.

Sure enough if you drive, or fast travel to that spot,… there it is!!!

I actually did drive by once, but was probably going to damn fast, and never saw the pop up lol.

Sad because the average player, or newer player will probably never see this post.
