Started playing Forza when FH4 released, quite like it! I took to skinning immediately, i’m still rather new and learning, but I do feel like im getting better!

Hope that some of you like my designs, please search for gamertag as i do have over 100 Designs in total.
Most of them are around 60min. works, so almost daily new designs for various cars.
I need help. I come to forza today expecting to see nothing different and out of the ordinary. Until I enter my house and attempt to design my car. I am then given the message “your gamer tag has been banned from this feature. For more info, visit forzamotorsportnet” I have done nothing wrong. All I have done is downloaded a few designs that are “hot this week”. Can someone please explain why I can’t use this anymore?
P.S. my gamer tag is Fivebatman100
P.P.S. I also can’t use the “find new tunes” feature. Still I have done nothing wrong. Please can something happen to get this undone, or please at least explain WHY I am banned from these features?
