FH4 550 car limit reached... is this going to be increased? I can’t get the cars from car pass!?

Hey Forza devs and fans,

Any infos when Playground or T10 will increase the car limit in FH4? I haven’t even collected all possible cars yet and don’t have any garage space left. I can’t even buy wheelspins due to my lack of space for new cars. Why design FH4 like this where users cannot even hold every single cars once due to a limitation of the game?

PS: I still miss some cars from the singleplayer events, but I own the car pass plus all cars given until end of December. Also, I own all buyable cars from Autoshow, all FH cars and some from seasonal events.

Unfortunately we can’t publicly give a date when this will be happening just yet but yes, we do plan to increase the garage size.

Please stress to Playground Games it needs to happen before the next expansion!

Couple things that could ease the issue:

  • Delay announcing any more Car Pass cars until this is fixed.
  • Allow for direct gifting of cars (player must be on friends list and/or within the same car club/group)
  • Consider allowing up to 5 save slots per car (each slot would contain the livery & tune) -geared toward those that keep multiple versions of the same car (ex: Drift slot; Drag slot; Rally slot; Street slot; All-Out (X Class) slot)
  • If possible, allow for upgraded trim levels within the base car (ex: C7 Corvette; $30k-$50k Z06 upgrade; $90k ZR1 upgrade)
  • Legacy Car Slots -if you owned a car in a previous Forza Horizon (1/2/3); it is always unlockable for free once purchased/acquired in the the latest Forza Horizon (4/5/6/etc.) -*limit one free unlock at a time

Well, thanks for the information. I hope this is coming soon… but I guess meanwhile I’ll have to simply erase some cars with 10-30K in value to create some garage space for cars from seasonal events.

Let me guess retro that nobody cant tell what new limits are gonna be either? Garage space issue starts to be really bad as i have 547 cars on garage and i still miss 30 cars, all duplicates that i have cant sell because those would sell right away and are close to impossible to find in auction house and have allready abaout 15 cars in auction house waiting to reclaiming.

I’d really love to know what the planned increase size is going to be? 900 like FM7 or hopefully bigger because I’m always playing cleanup in FM7 even with a 900 car garage limit.

My bet is we are gonna know those limits in that point when that update is live and somebody first time hit new limits because it seems that PG cant tell us any information abaout it another than “we increase that in some point”

I just deleted some cars with low value and will rebuy whenever they update the garage size. It would be a huge plus if they allowed us to take a small credit option on duplicate cars we receive from wheelspins. Would definitely save the hassle of constantly deleting or auctioning them.
