fh3 designs won't sync to fh4?

I have custom designs, all made by myself (no lock symbol showing)

I’ve saved them, and made sure they were shared on fh3

I go over to fh4 and it synced, but only a couple came up.

Now I don’t get the sync prompt, and it’s not showing a lot of designs I spent a long time to create.

For the 2012 GTR black edition, so the car is in both games.

Going to save the layers of my designs as vinyl groups and then import that way.

Will update, I figure that’s a good enough work around for now.
