Prototype 1 - 1961 Ferrari 250 GT Le Mans Berlinetta Sperimentale
The other prototype in your pictures doesn’t exist anymore and was destroyed by 1962 in one way or another.
Most sources claim it was was converted into a Ferrari 250 SWB (2053GT) and sold to a customer. Following this it was first crashed at the Nürburgring in 1962 and then repaired before being completely destroyed in a crash at Spa during 1964.
Others claim it was just scrapped after testing as it wasn’t useful anymore.
