Now I’m in the “Autumn” playlist and I’m still not receiving points/rewards. It’s also not turning gold. I still haven’t received my points from “summer” either and it shows incomplete for my events I’ve completed numerous times.

yeah it’s still broke for most, scroll up to the top to see the official PG statement. Maybe some news Monday.
As someone that doesn’t use threads, this is very confusing to read. We are just making devs aware considering the prominent message is that “its fixed” when its not. “Just read the thread” but it makes no sense to someone that doesn’t do this stuff often, hence the replies, i know i tried reading it…

Hi, received points after hotfix, the game gave me points on 7th, but not on 9th of March:

Like most are saying on here, I never received the hotfix (I probably went back onto FH5 after it was rolled back?) and so I never got the updated points for the Summer week (but was gifted the Lamborghini STO and Backstage pass) and then the same points issue persists in Autumn week too, amazed it’s taking them so long to fix tbh…

Still not fixed, received the cars from last week but not points. Are they just going to let it ride and gift all cars for all 4 seasons? Really poor job not fixing the issues. What else is not getting credited? Really starting to hate playing the game now.

There is happening again! I do all races and I received rewards but not the points.

There isn’t any message saying “it’s fixed.” There was a hotfix patch last week that attempted to fix the issue, but it caused crashes on the MS Store and at least some Xbox versions of the game. That hotfix was then rolled back. The devs are aware of the issue and are working on a new version of the hotfix. All of this has been stated in the highlighted messages by ManteoMax in this thread.

Well looks like I won’t be able to complete this months events, as I only get to do them once a week… I think we should be given the minimum points to cover for the mess up of this month’s events

I have still the issue on XBOX serie X and no update is planned since the 6th March. I’m still on version v3.678.498.0 (in french). Is it possible to force the update?

You can still complete the events. The game still knows they were completed and gives the rewards for them. It’s just the Playlist display and points that are broken. As soon as the hotfix is re-released we’ll get the old points we were owed.

My wife and I have just completed all event in festival playlist and we are not getting completion points for any race events. We are receiving event rewards. The points are not being rewarded. We are on xbox x and out version is 678.498 There is no update for FH5. Please help this is the second week of this happening.

Multiplayer festival events races not giving points. Only giving rewards. This is the second week in a row that the points for these events have not been given. There is no update for FH5. This has been checked on both consoles several times.

@AAORTA You are very wrong! Someone, who knows why, is going to get all ok and a complete compensation (eg. the STO and the BS Pass) others don’t!

@PD_Top_Gun Not true at all! In the summer season I have completed enough event to reach at least 40 pts (If I remember right I was on 41pts), and after the fix all I got is 21pts and a fake compensation of a useless Lambo STO!
Does this seems fixed to you?! While others had all fixed the right way…

Read. What. We. Are. Posting. There was a hotfix rolled out last week. It caused crashes for many people on the MS Store and Xbox versions of the game. The hotfix was then reversed. The developers know the problem still exists, and they are working to roll out a new hotfix to solve the problem. This has been stated by ManteoMax, the community manager, in this very thread. All of this is true.
In addition everyone in the game should have received a gift Lamborghini and Backstage Pass, as they were the rewards that were supposed to be handed out in the summer season. When the hotfix is rolled out again, everyone who completed enough events will be able to get another copy of those rewards.
