Bug: the team is aware of issues with Festival Playlist events not awarding points.

STATUS updated early Thursday March 6:
The hotfix is now available. We always recommend quitting out of your game and restarting your device before and after the hotfix installation for the best result.

Once installed, the updated game version is *.681.440.0

• All players can navigate to the Message Center | Gifts tab and download a Backstage Pass and the 2020 Lamborghini Huracan STO.
• Summer playtest points have been added retroactively. Players who completed eligible events for points in the Summer Festival Playlist will be able to navigate to the Summer tab and redeem the STO and Backstage Pass from there in addition to the Message Center gifts.
• We are still working on the Treasure Hunt issue, but any players who completed an event in the Summer Season will receive this retroactively after another hotfix.

Following the Hotfix update to resolve the Season 44 events not completing the game now crashes for PC Store Users Version number post update is 681.440 Game crashes after load screen after selecting “Continue” Game crashes to desktop

Due to severe stability issues on the hotfix PC build, we’ve rolled back the update on Windows PC (not Steam) and Xbox Consoles. We apologise for the inconvenience and will work hard to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We’ll be in touch about the next release which will correct the issues affecting progression in the Festival Playlist as soon as possible. We encourage players to continue playing Festival Playlist activities as the hotfix, once implemented, will still provide the associated Playlist points retroactively.

As a result of this rollback, players will be prompted to install an update of about 3.5G.

Trial and Treasure hunt don’t work.
I completed them but they don’t appear as completed in playlist.
Hope that PGG will fix this bug probably due to the repetition of the playlist.

It appears multiplayer events are not rewarding points. Both The Trial and Ahead Of The Corvette did not give points, while Ridge Quest and the Arcade did.

“HOT ON THE TRIAL” and “AHEAD OF THE CORVETTE” didn’t give me any points.

I finished the Trial 2 times already. Please fix the mess.

Hi,

Was just doing the new Playlist. Finished the Forzathon and the Arcade - for both I got the points added. Then I did the “Prüfung” (not sure how its called in the english version - the thing you drive with randoms in MP against an AI team) and did also the first EventLab. I finished both. But I did not get the points for the events. But I got the reward cars.

I already tried restarting the game and re-driving the EventLab. It already counted as “finished” when I started it the second time on the map - but in Playlist Overview its still open and I still have not received the points for it.

Any idea how to fix that?

Treasure hunt. Once the Treasure Hunt tasks are completed, the treasure icon shows already collected even though it hasent.

I’m in the High Performance season and have completed the requirements for the treasure chest. The chest showed up already ghosted but I haven’t actually obtained it. This issue has caused me to not be able to complete a series in the past. Please fix this issue.

Now I see I can’t complete many of this week’s Playlist. It’s a good thing I guess. I had thought it was the beginning of the end but now I see it’s almost the end of the end. I should stop caring about any completion. There is nothing more to get from fh5 but some occasional racing with friends.

Thanks for tearing the bandaid off quickly Forza.

Players will experience these issues with the Autumn Season until the hotfix is applied, but the points and progress for any completed events will be given retroactively.

We are still working on the Treasure Hunt issue, but any players who completed an event in the Summer Season will receive this retroactively. Thank you for bearing with us.

Having problems with trial & seasonal championship completion

Is it just me or is this weeks trial broken? Ive completed it 3 times and it will not show on the playlist that its done. Ive restarted my game twice just to make sure its not in quick resume.

The season is a complete waste of time no points awarded for trail and other races treasure chest is absolutely shambles can’t complete it

What’s the point of repeating a series when you can’t even get the points for it
