It definitely would be if I was to order my preferred BK Bacon Double Chilli Cheeseburger. Why did they ever get rid of adding a dob of chilli sauce to make it just that much better. Nothing better with a cheeseburger than a spoonful of Mexican Chilli. These days all you get with a “Mexican” or “Chilli” anything is Jalapenos.
Haven’t seen one now for decades.
Still long for the days when my local offered a Mexican pizza which was basically just a Margarita with a chlli sauce base instead of tomatoes… bit like a sloppy joe in pizza form - so messy to eat but so fantastic. ![]()
Well, yesterday I claimed that I would set a Marathon trial time of about 8.50 - 8.55 with that NSX '92 (LittleBallancer’s v0.2 sc: 107607450). It turns out that you go much faster if you don’t hit the traffic cars very hard, and only do some light landscaping. Who knew, right? I had some intimate contact with a tree in the first run.
No fondling trees in the second attempt.
It turns out that my estimation of 8.50 - 8.55 was quite on the spot
. I might driven the Marathon a couple of times with this tune before this week’s races… It isn’t the fastest A800, but it’s nice, easy, and controllable, and gets the job done.
Oh, I almost forgot! It seems like posting your trial times is the thing to do in these kind of threads, so I got some screenshots today. Got lucky starts, and didn’t have any problems with the AI, or my teammates.
There was too much time lost to drifting/sliding during the River Scramble. Someone with actual driving skills should be able to go faster with that car.
I was using my own tune this time: 826338676. Use manual+clutch (Oi, that’s cheating, right?!) with this tune to avoid the huge shift time penalty. Be warned! I’m following the Clarkson school of tuning: Figuratively smack everything with a sledgehammer until it basically does what you want it to.
Just got round to the playlist today. Have to give a shoutout to @Subie156 for “Atlantica” EL; very well done & a pleasure to drive.
Have been planning to run the Lotus Elan on a few tracks, but had to give it an upgraded livery, as the stock paint job just didn’t get it for me. Shared it below for anyone interested.

I don’t know why they made HW cars the way they are in the game but seriously, you would think they would handle better on tracks designed for them.
As it stands, any car other than a HW car in A class, would handle better.
Rip Rod was the only vaguely sensible choice, no? Was okay.
But real hotwheels cars only corner because they hit the side wall of the track, so obviously they’re not going to turn well
Somewhat but overall they all hit the sidewalls.
ok, ill pay that.
Can we just…stop having Tours as daily tasks? Those should be things that you can pop in and complete quickly, not things that take over 15 minutes to earn one measly point.
It makes no sense to have tours as dailies when you get 8 points for them when they’re a seasonal challenge that replaces a seasonal championship.
Seriously. Even PR stunts give 2 points and those usually take 30 seconds or less.

Calling that HW danger sign “slightly tricky” might be your understatement of the year. I can’t count how many times I had to rewind through different parts of my approach, and for a long while I kept topping out at 178 mph at the jump and missing the target by 10 feet or so. When I finally cleared it, I think I was maybe a foot over the target. I mean it was an incredibly stupid car restriction to begin with, considering that there are almost no 90s American S1 cars available.
Took me several tries as well.
I made a Drift Bel Air tune for the daily if anybody is looking for one: 718 821 045. Just drift into a near-miss on the highway to complete the challenge.
Hoonigan Cosworth does HW jump first go. ![]()
I’ll have a look. Slightly tricky . . . probably means I needed several goes to hit the right line.
yeah, couple of tricky spots on the run-up; over the dirt bit after the downhill run-up, have to land right when bouncing, then just up that first slope, loss of grip at a point when slightly turning is helpful
for the second one the line in is critical, have to be as far left as possible so the turn is minimal until grip’s regained (or something like that, that’s how it felt)
for the first one, yeah, that’s a question of luck
I think the Hoonigan Group A is the only car from that selection that can do it
Oooppss, sorry, that was the car i meant to mention, not the Cosworth, my bad.
