I already own an F40 that’s been upgraded / downgraded and played in multiple classes over the course of the game. Problem is trying to replicate the auto calc stats that are presented when you (for example) go to the S class competition championship series in career mode. Stats are as follows:
Purchased F40 I own: Speed 8.0, Handling 6.2, Acceleration 9.4, Launch 9.5, Braking 6.5
@buycar screen: Speed 8.6, Handling 6.2, Acceleration 9.6, Launch 9.6, Braking 6.7
Note that you must go to the S class buy car in career mode to recreate, as the game doesn’t auto calculate upgrades to the top of the class when you’re just browsing all cars from the regular “buy cars” option from the main menu. No amount of auto upgrade, downgrade to A and come back, reset to default stock parts and auto upgrade, reset and attempt manual, etc… (you get the point, I tried all different ways) will get you to this figure that is auto calculated. I’ve also upgraded all the way and bought every last part available in case it only wanted to install things I already owned, but to no avail. None of the available community tunes seem to have these stats either.
My questions………are others experiencing this as well? Is this a bug and not stats that can be attained with an f40? If you’ve achieved the stats it claims, do you have any recommendations as to the best method of upgrading?
