Hi all I have a problem with my Fm4 I lent out my Xbox 360 to a friend while his Xbox 1 was in repair I’ve since had it back but I’m unable to use the store front or auction house etc it says the feature are temporarily disabled. When I’ve looked over my account properly I’ve noticed I’ve now got the unicorn cars and my money has been edited big time. I’ve asked him how he’s done this sort of stuff to my account he’s told me he’s modded my game and tried to sell one of the unicorn cars via AH so that’s why my account is disabled but I’m really scared about my account as I like to do things legitimately instead of modding or hacking the game. Because of this will I be Permanently or temporary banned from any Forza servers with my Xbox live? Will I need to make a whole new account as I’ve spent months/years building up my account to how I want it. I’ve also got a problem with DLC I bought SP and other DLCS on a different account but on the same Xbox but when I go to go on my own account they don’t show up but yet with the other account they do I’ve had both accounts logged in at the same time and it works when I use my account what could be the problem? One I’ve got the game up and running sign out of the other account I’m using which is my brothers account and the cars are still there? What could be the problem here?? Please help me thanks
I would say never, ever trust that “Friend” again. And send all the details, including that “friend’s” gamertag to Turn 10 at forzafb@microsoft.com Such modifications of the cars and credits can (and probably did) trigger lots of bells and flashing lights by the server’s detection software.
When you send the email, you’ll receive an automated response, which is a good thing because that means your email has been received. You probably won’t get a response until after E3 is completed this week because most of the staff are there. It will take some investigation to determine what has been done with your account. Remember, we are each responsible for our own Xbox console and what goes on with our gamertags, as stipulated in the Xbox Live Code of Conduct.
