I’m gonna suggest another ford, but also not really. A couple of days ago someone posted on Instagram a concept that they had designed and rendered on their own; not a car from ford. It wad called the mustang cobra lm, and it blew up across the internet. It was a totally retro-looking concept. It did look a lot more gt40-esk than retro mustang, but it did have the retro mustang taillights. Anyway, as I was saying, it was a concept, and not from ford, meaning there is nothing that is binding this car except looks. If forza added this car they could get extremely creative with the powertrain and materials used to make the car. If you know me, you know that I think V8s are the answer to everything, and the bigger the V8 the better. That said, I would personally put a Godzilla in this baby and tune it like ford tuned the predator for the raptor r. In a configuration like this, it would probably make around 1700 to 1800 horsepower. The reason I’m comfortable putting an engine this big in a car like this is because this particular concept was mid-engine, meaning an engine so colossal won’t upset the balance of the car to much, as it would in a front or rear engine car. Now, forza wouldn’t have to do this, this is just what I would do. Ask in saying is if forza added the mustang cobra lm to their games, they could get creative and completely make pretty much their own car. They would probably still have to get some licensing from the guy who came up from the concept, but only for the looks of the car.
Ok that is a really cool car, however the Forza devs often need a real life model to scan in order to put it in the game. Although I know they didn’t do this for the Baja bone shaker it would probably be a lot harder and might not be worth the trouble. Hopefully in the future Ford or even another car company will produce a similar concept, possibly allowing it to be added to the game at some point. Nevertheless great suggestion and you have now inspired me to add a whole host of actual ford concepts to the list!
