I finally unlocked the Fast Travel perk; however the game is still charging me to Fast Travel. Any insights?
I am on Xbox One and have Storm Island installed. Thanks!
The fast travel perk gives you the ability to travel anywhere on the map. To get free teleportation, you must smash all travel discount boards.

Please read the perk’s description again.
It basically says you can fast travel anywhere.
I am pretty sure that it does not say for free anywhere in that and it would make the fifty bonus boards that give you a two percent discount per board (roughly, 100 divided by two is 50 so the math works out) rather useless.
