It’s good to see painters returning to the game 
Nice start, not the best angle though. Might I suggest you place your vinyls on the side of the car as you progress? Or better still, a Transit? That’s if you’re not going to use screenshots - it just makes it easier to see your work.
WIP coming along nicely, going to apply a spooky paint job to go with it, any suggestions on the car?
I had to look it up if I’m honest but what you’ve got so far is looking really good 
As for car choice, well it might depend on how much more you’re going to paint. What you already have could be good for a side image or possibly the main image on the bonnet (hood) with some custom font to go with it? I noticed a lot of the pics on Google show the character as tall & slim so if you’re working to one of those sources then you might find it fits on some of the R, P or X class cars. A good example of how an image fits a car is the KISS design painted by MiMiC920 on the Renault R.S.17, worth a look to give you an idea of what I mean.
If it’s for the Halloween Bash then you could always just choose a make/model that suits the theme ie. Hellcat, Viper, Spyder, Diablo etc. After all, it is a game & supposed to be fun right? 
I don’t really race online so tend to paint cars that I can run in career mode, it’d be interesting to hear what influences other painters. Looking forward to your seeing how you progress.
