Try the new hill climb events where you need to find a way to the finish line avoiding lava. Drive higher grounds avoiding tsunami waves. Experience a brand new showcase event running downhill avoiding incoming lahar. New vehicles: Storm Chaser alike reinforced vehicles.
MOON ARENA: Horizon Space Program. Try low gravity driving in a lunar crater covered by a dome to supply oxygen. Featuring unique stunt jumps, Hot Wheels like circuits, Lunar missions outside dome. Experience a new online mode Soccer Match (a Rocket League alike mode). New vehicles: the Moon Buggy and the Mars Rover Concept.
PAINTBALL BATTLE ROYAL : A huge industrial zone, maze alike narrow streets grid, paintball weapons alike body mods. Choose from various modes including battle royal, death match, king of the hill and many moreā¦ Choose the way you want to play: team or solo. Choose your paint color and bring havoc to this new Horizon battle mode! New vehicles: any car from a Death Race movie.
MASTER OF DISASTER: A new city to conquer. Traps all over the place. Build your havoc gauge (yeah, I like havoc) by performing driving skills while exploring the city. Press the Doom Button and watch buildings explode, trains derail, a cargo plane falling down the skyā¦ donāt distract yourself tough as youāll need to be quick to find an alternative route to avoid obstacles caused by your own actions. Race solo against A.I. or online with up to 6 players in this new destruction derby race mode. (basically a Split/Second type of expansion). New vehicles: any car from a Mad Max movie.
Iām sorry brother, but for ME, thatās no longer a Horizon game. To me, thatād be the end of the series.
Maybe a spin off game, but I would not buy any of those. Not for Horizon. Maybe a different game, something stand alone, but no thank you. Again, just my opinion.
And what would you class as upper tier, I think this would be unfair to people like me who have had every Forza since fm1 and having lost my previous account takai456 to hacking idiots and having to start again being unable to have access to an expansion. The idea is a good one but would alienate people
You would be right if it wasnāt for the broken score system. My FM5 score got stopped at 2500 points while I got to 2300- ish point on FH2 and that suddenly stopped as well. I have 3000 points on all others XBox-One games. Iām 800 point away from Tier10. I would buy FM6 apex but that would require an upgrade to my PC and since I donāt play games with it I really donāt want to do that just now. I somehow gave up the idea of becoming a Tier10 guy. Again, I have no problem with that. I certainly donāt rag about.
Now, I really hope that the exclusive tier expansion joke doesnāt turn into another dispute. Look like some of you guys really like to upset other members. Why would you wanāt that is beyond my comprehension. By the way. I think it was a good joke so I gave it a like.
Iād probably go with tier 9, tier 9 takes some work to get to still, yet itās easily obtainable. Then tiers 7 and 8, well, they could see the expansion pack on the map, they could even go there, and watch everyone else having fun. Tier 5 and 6 could see the location, but not enter. Tier 4 and under, the location moves on the map every time they try to access it.
I would not want that eitherā¦ hahahahaā¦ just trying to get my Racing License. XD
Seriously, I just tried to point out how silly it would be to make Horizon look like other games. It needs to be as unique as possibleā¦ any reference to TDU or NFS is just a coincidence.
Expansion 1 should be a dedicated street expansion on another island. I want it to take advantage of the newfound verticality on the map. Paved hill climb events with down hill mountain runs as well. Tight, twisty, very technical paved roads and switchbacks. This expansion should let the handling cars dominate and not focus purely on horsepower. The racers that can build a perfect balance of handling cars with power will be the ones that dominate. This expansion should include extra aero options like body kits, front and rear bumpers, diffusers, front lips, and rear spoilers mainly for street use.
Expansion 2 should focus on off-road aspects such as rally circuits and great off road areas that trucks and off-road vehicles thrive. I should also take advantage of the verticality of the map and have epic rally stage courses through forests and cliffside no barrier trails maybe even have a few streams running through the trails depending on the season. This expansion should include more off-road/rally specific kits for the vehicles including tires, off-road lights and such.
Both of the expansions should be affected by the seasons, have different properties to purchase, jobs to do, barn finds, clothes, emotes, and new showcase events.
These expansions would give great variety and really expand the gameās greatness.
I have reason to believe that there may be a halo map of some sort set in the game due to the recent halo showcase in the game either a large scale map from the original halo games or a map from forza filled with halo items such as the mongoose other warthogs driving around as A.I as well as many of the ships flying through the air as roads are blocked off or have rubble in the way
I am biased to agree because I drive up this every day to get to work. Great road, even in a decaying 1.6 Mk.I Focus. Seeing this in the game would be surreal, but incredibly fun.

While we all are expecting Isle of Man or are hoping for the Scottish Highlands/Isle of Skye, I got curious what other potential land masses there are in the UKā¦ And it turns out, outside of it as well. Let me introduce you to the British overseas territory of St Helena. The island of St. Helena is off the coast of Africa in the Atlantic ocean and its capital is called Jonestown.
