There are diagrams, good explanations, a great cause and effect section, a baseline tuning xls file you can edit as well. It seems to have everything!

No problem. At the very least, because knowing turn 10 and calspan concentrated so much on tyres, there is a great tyres section but also an equally great suspension section. You can’t implement all it’s info into the game but it has some good tuning philosophy as well.
