When I logged in today, my profile synced from the cloud. completely reset. lost all cars, credits, tunes, liveries, replays and my drivatar. my lap times are all that remain. does turn 10 have a way to restore my profile?
Are you certain that you are logged into your Gamertag profile? Additionally, are you taking steps to ensure you do not corrupt your profile (i.e. - shutting down only when the “saving” symbol isn’t on screen)?
Let me know if you figure it out. I have that same problem with BF4… It’s lost my single player campaign twice now… ‘;…;’
