Noon here, don’t play much due to having a newborn but can someone help me with the best car and setup for drifting? I’ve been playing gt6 and am way use to their physics so as you could imagine I’m not good here.
Or maybe if people could add and invite when I’m on to help that would work too. My gamertag is SpankifiedHD
Tried those settings a bit, but it seems like now it just wants to understeer. What type tires do i use? Coming from Gran Turismo we alwasy used Comfort Hard tires but all the videos I have watched it seems like Sports are used. Is this a good tire for beginners to learn on or more or less veterans?
for vets and rooks…try more front camber and add 0.1 at a time till it stops try dont try to go over .5 in the rear cuz after that itll slow you down. and you can max out the front camber my sweet spot personally is anywhere between 3.5 to 5.0 in the front and .1 or .2 in the rear…,Use low front width with stiff springs in the front and medium damping in the 6s and 7s with 50 percent of those stats as rebound settings then after u get the hang of that youll leave to tune your car just from the feel after a few months i suggest a s14/240sx/05 stang/r32 or r34… stangs and v8s are easier to tune but usually demand more power cause there heavy 650 or alil under is the money spot for most v8. For s chassis between 490-525 with the sr20 is my money spot and for r34 is between 550-600hp is my money spot for those… use one of those cars to learn or try another over used cars that are used in pub drift lobbies. The stiffer the grippy. Use softer always in the rear then the front when it comes to springs and lift the front a tad bit. Dont go crazy with ride height cause itll make you twitchy and make you look unsmooth. Your job is trying to make your car grippy as hell with some decent power and still make it feel good. My personal fav is the s14 btw. Sorry for such a long text
