As the subject asks - Does you car ever “glow” - become brighter in your garage?

I don’t think I’ve ever seen it discussed here or elsewhere, but this happens to my cars quite often - Often enough that I’m pretty sure it’s a feature, not a bug - That when you get a car particularly dialed in - It glows in your garage!

I haven’t seen it in the garage but, it happens often in the loading screen before a race. I think it is a glitch that has something to do with saving and loading tunes.

I’ve never noticed either. But I have a not so good tv.
