Does the Car Pass include all DLCs?

Hello, Friends,

I am about to begin playing Forza Motorsport 5 Limited Edition and would like to download every single DLC available.

Does the Car Pass solve the problem? Are there any DLC not included in the Car Pass? Which one(s)?

Yes the car pass includes all DLC to date.
