Do the cars in the car pack add to my garage value?

I’m wondering if the cars in the car packs add to my garage value. Does anybody know if they do or not?

Yes, they should add to your garage value.

Any new players with VIP/purchased car packs can easily bypass one of the seasons in the Prologue stage of the game through the massive Car Collector influence they’d get from downloading all those DLC cars into their garage.
