The greifer is posting those videos and letting everyone know his gamer tag so why is he still able to play on live?
Because some of what they get up to is not against the xbox live code of conduct.
Also when you report someone you can not add links to videos so it is hard to get the evidence to the xbox live policy enforcement team.
Griefing, trolling, and cheating is a commun thing in Forza, and those people won’t get off very soon. I personally know a troll who’s been doing his business for a while now, and never got banned. I won’t name any names, and I did report him, with no success. Looks like Microsoft is looking to ban the hackers, who partially reck on line gameplay, by freezing your game, but no as much as trolls.
Anyways, those hateful cringe players know how not-to-get-banned, and to respect the Code of Conduct, like SatNiteEduardo said.
They will always exist unfortunately.
