You should do next things:

Open your router preferences - just open 192.168.1.1 (may be another for your router. check out website of your supplier)
Most often login will be “Admin” and password will be “password”
And again - check your router’s supplier website or documentation.

In “Port Preferences” (or WAN Setup, or similar) section

If you are a native speaker, you can help and correct errors in my message, thanks.

The following problems may be the cause:

  1. All these settings about teredo and services.msi are provided by microsoft
  2. Your router can block NAT
  3. Your ISP can block ipv6 and all that. Technology nat is created to solve this! Check your router. Try to do the things that are described in the first post.

If still nothing helps - your only way is a VPN :C

Stupid thread title. Problem is not solved.
