Once again We are now giving away 3 prize cars to 1st & 2nd place, 2 prize cars to 3rd & 4th place, 2 cars for Most Creative and 1 car for Honorable Mention. Welcome and good luck!

As always we are holding this months comp in both the Media Forum and the Fantasy Forum. So, whether you post here or in the Media section all entries will be posted in each thread. For example, if you post your pics in the Fantasy section they will be listed here as well as there and visa-versa…so basically we are going to combine the two threads into one comp.

  1. 2 photo entries only, each from a different artist. Collabs will be considered a Different artist.
  2. Entries must be of a DeadLights paint (artists listed below)*
  3. Final submissions will be accepted until 11:59pm (EST) the last day of the month.
  4. If a set of photos did not win in a previous contest they can be used again.
    5.) Horizon photos are ok but all prizes and credits will be done in Forza 4.
    6.) No outside editing except for rotation. Preferred method of posting is by Flickr but any host site will do and Big Shots are allowed.

Note – Please use your own pictures, use of someone else’s pics are a no no!

Note - Winners will be announced by the 1st Sunday of each month.

Your pics look fine, CFunk. Since you are new to this comp, you likely don’t know this. Unlike other comps, you are allowed to change your entries right up until the last minute. So, if you feel you can do better, go for it. That should not be taken to mean anything negative about your current entries. :slight_smile:

I’ve reworked the prize car list. Now they are sorted by painter.

Also, added She Hulk from Hotlap, Battle Chasers from Dreadwalker AND a brand new version of Girl With The Dragon Tattoo on a '65 Pontiac GTO! The paint is still wet on this one. If you want it, you better put up your best work. :slight_smile:

Your designs are absolutely incredible. The airbrush effects look amazingly realistic. Here is my humble entry into the photo comp. My theme is the great mountains of the world. I found it harder than I thought to find just the right point on the track to where the mountain stood out as a secondary subject.

The first pic is the Honda Intregra R 02 Samurai Girl paint by Rockstof. This is an absolutely gorgeous paint. This photo sees the Samurai Girl paying homage to Mt. Fuji on the Fujimi Kaito Stage B Reverse. Colors have been enhanced and shutter speed increased to gain clarity.

The second photo is one my favorite cars of all time, the Ferrari Dino photographed on the Bernese Alps track, Festival Circuit Reverse. The car is in the shadow of the Eiger, a mountain from another time. The photo is tilted, slightly overexposed and darkened, with a black and white tone and slight sepia effect. Paint is DLK Dino by Green Phantom.
