CAN ANYBODY HELP ME HOW TO GET STORMY ISLAND TO WORK ON MY XBOX ONE. I VE PURCHASED THIS ABT 6 TIMES AND I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS ON THE GAME MENU THE STORMY ISLAND IS IN GREY AND I CAN T CHOOSE.

I’d also contact Microsoft Support and see about getting some of your money back for 5 of those purchases.
You need to finish the tutorial before you can play Storm Island. Then you need to drive to Nice and travel there.
i don’t know how it is even possible to purchase more than once, it comes up as already purchased if you try and buy again
i have a feeling he means he has uninstalled and reinstalled this many times

First, when you post here, please lose the ALL CAPS. Very difficult to read.
Second, did you look at the link I posted earlier in this thread for additional information.
The basic concept is this: You need to finish certain events in the overall game before Storm Island will open up for you. Those are detailed in the link I furnished.
Just because the tab for Storm Island is greyed out doesn’t mean you don’t have it properly installed, it just means you haven’t completed enough of the game to open that access to the add-on.
Have you done your first “party” with Ben? <— If you have no idea what this is, then you are not far enough in the game to unlock Storm Island.
Boot up the game, drive the Huracan to the festival and pick your first car. Go to Castelletto and do either 3 or 4 races. Then, do a showcase event in a Ferrari where you race show jets. Get to keep the Ferrari. Travel to Nice and do either 3 or 4 races. Go to the Nice Car Park and learn about this feature (you must revisit this later to count as an unlock). Travel to Sisteron an do 3 or 4 races. Head out of town a bit and race against a train in a Lancia Fulvia. Travel back to the main festival hub. All game features are now unlocked - to access Storm Island Rivals and online you can do so from the tab. To access Storm Island for Solo play travel to the Nice Marina where you can see a giant pink - TRAVEL TO STORM ISLAND - pop up that you must access.
The first time you access Storm Island you must watch a video, get off the boat and drive to the Island festival Hub.
That paragraph I wrote ^ will take about 45 minutes to an hour to blitz through without repeating races. Have you done it yet?
